赛事中心穿越火线官方网站教授/博导,赛事中心穿越火线官方网站院长助理,美国耶鲁大学博士,广东省青年拔尖人才、深圳市鹏城学者B类、广州市珠江科技新星,中国生物材料学会再生医学材料分会委员、中国生物材料学会生物材料先进制造分会委员、广东省生物医学工程学会理事兼副秘书长、广东省精准医学会类器官与器官芯片分会副主委、广东省精准医学会精准医美分会副主委。主持包括国家科技部重点研发、国家自然科学基金面上项目、广东省科技厅国际合作项目等20余项课题,Nature Materials、Advanced Science、Biomaterials、ACS Nano等国际著名杂志发表研究论文80余篇,单篇论文引用最高350余次;获授权专利10余项,成果转化2项。研究方向包括:类器官与器官芯片;纳米材料用于药物递送和基因治疗干细胞与再生医学。

二、研究方向

1.靶向纳米药物递送体系:针对恶性肿瘤治疗,采用合成高分子材料或外泌体等,开发系列能够用于癌症治疗的纳米药物、诊疗一体化体系,为肿瘤的靶向治疗提供新的方法和策略;

2.类器官与器官芯片:基于肿瘤、正常组织等类器官,结合3D打印、微流控技术以及类器官技术,开发能够用于药物或纳米材料评价的体外类组织器官。

3.干细胞与再生医学:基于改性生物材料构建可用于组织粘附、止血、修复的先进水凝胶体系、干细胞水凝胶体系以及3D生物打印水凝胶体系等。
